Join a Collaborative, Supportive Group as you Build and Grow your Healing Arts Practice

“I was feeling overwhelmed by everything involved with running my massage practice, and needed assistance to grow the business. By being in this group I was continually focused on what I love about massage as well as feeling supported by Brianne and other participants through any challenges I was facing.  I got great coaching, too!  It was a wonderfully positive and empowering experience, and at a cost in line with my small business budget.”

“I would recommend this group to others. I think it’s a good place to work on issues anyone may encounter while starting a massage business, or just trying to figure out what their next step is.  Brianne is uplifting. She has had a lot of experience and a wealth of knowledge to share. And you learn a lot from the other people in the group, too.”

Why Join?

Maintaining the focus, momentum, and enthusiasm necessary for growing a successful massage or other healing arts practice can feel challenging. It’s easy to let life get in the way of goals, fall into self-defeating patterns, feel isolated, give up.

Who you hang around with matters. When you join one of my support groups, you are choosing to align yourself with others who, like you, are committed to succeeding, and who understand that a co-creative process and collective wisdom can take you further than you can go on your own.

And if you on a tight budget, support groups are an affordable way for you to get the help you need.

New ideas, different perspectives, constructive feedback, strategies, and resources are shared so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel.

You start wherever you are at. You will be taking actions steps toward personal goals all along the way, and will be supported by an accountability partner who will also help keep you on track for doing the things you say you will do.

You’ll uncover and derail obstacles that get in the way of where you want to go, your momentum will build as you take action, you’ll receive lots of encouragement which will help you stay positive and gain the self-confidence you need (who couldn’t use a little more self-confidence?) to go the distance.

Topics for discussion and “homework” typically include finances, defining your niche, getting noticed, standards, policies and procedures, working with challenging clients, setting boundaries, and self-care.

I organize the group, create the structure, maintain the flow, contribute ideas, and coach.

Form a Group for Live or Teleconference Support

Groups meet for a total of 12 sessions.

A maximum of four people can join a group. Groups are closed; once the group starts, new members may not join.

I am happy to travel within a 25 mile radius of Concord, MA, however travel outside a 25 mile radius will require that each member pay an additional fee.

Only those serious about starting or growing their practice should consider joining, as the process requires a strong commitment. If you are an employee and want to begin the process of organizing and starting a practice while employed, you are welcome to participate.

A simple application process will help you determine if joining is the right choice for you at this juncture, and help me determine that you are a good fit for the group.
