Collaboration is a powerful way to accomplish what seems unattainable on your own. Through the caring, no-nonsense, individual and group support I offer, you’ll find yourself moving toward your goals at an accelerated pace, often feeling much less overwhelmed.  Moreover, your results will be sustainable.
By working with me, you’ll experience a combination of coaching and mentoring, weighted toward coaching.  Each approach has value, each contributing to your success.

Coaching:

The coaching process is all about you.  Really.  100% focused on what it is you want to create, and 100% focused on helping you create it.

Your strengths, experiences and insights are respected, and encouraged.  You will not be weighed down with information, told what to do, or how to do it.  There’s a fantastic amount of information out there for you that serves that purpose very well.

How you are encouraged is through a process of inquiry: I ask you questions that help you clarify, strategize, organize, and implement your ideas.

You’ll be focused on what is possible, always looking for opportunities, while making whatever changes necessary that get in the way of your success.  You’ll find choices easier to make, next steps easier to take.

You will no doubt face obstacles of limited and negative thinking (we all do); I will help you move through those them.

You will find yourself able to focus and maintain momentum toward your stated goals, while building greater confidence all along the way.  It’s a truly empowering experience.

The power of this process cannot be understated:  Self-confidence and self-reliance are natural outcomes of the true coaching process, and essential for sustained, meaningful success.

Mentoring:

Mentors are role models, often experts in their field.  They’re the ones who tell you what to do and how to do it.  Sometimes mentoring from my experience is appropriate and helpful.  Mentoring may include brainstorming, sharing insights, and giving homework.   It is always up to you to choose whether you want this kind of help or not.

Your Role in the Process:

Since coaching is all about going after what it is you want, you’ll be taking action throughout the entire process, until you feel satisfied that you have reached your goals.  As a result, you need to have a strong commitment to your vision:  I’ll be the one making sure you keep it.

“Brianne is insightful and intuitive.  She really held me accountable for doing the things I set out to do!  She has a no-nonsense approach to coaching that helped me gain clarity and accomplish my goals with ease.”
